We serve alcohol that is supplied by the event organizer or a third party. So how much alcohol will you need, you ask?! Well, we know it can be some pretty confusing math, but we've got you sorted. We have a secret formula which helps us calculate the amount of alcohol you'll need for the service time pretty accurately. We'll share this with you while we help finalize your event details. 

 

We offer three main tiers for most events which you can see below. Each tier can be adjusted to your budget and event needs. The prices are based on your guest count. Please contact us for more information. 

 

Tier 1: Beer and wine service only

Tier 2: Easy mixers, beer and wine (juices and sodas, no craft cocktails)

*Package includes 1952 vintage mobile bar trailer, bartender, mixers (juices/sodas), garnish (fruit)

 

Tier 3: Elite tier- Craft cocktails, easy mixers, beer and wine (Most popular choice!)

*Package includes 1952 vintage mobile bar trailer, bartender, mixers (juices/sodas), garnish (fruit), up to 3 craft cocktails of your choice with specialty names, sommelier consultation for wine. 

 

We encourage our guests to rent glassware as it is the most sustainable option for large groups.
